Tentative Roll & Grievance Day Information

Tentative Roll will be available at the beginning of May at: Current Assessment Rolls in Dutchess County. A copy is also available to the public at Town Hall in the Town Clerk and Assessor office.

The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at:  Town Hall, Assessor’s Office, at 10 Reservoir Drive, on the following days:

Saturday, May 9, 2026 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Thursday, May 14, 2026 between the hours of 1 pm and 3 pm

Monday, May 18, 2026 between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Wednesday, May 20, 2026 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm

Appointments can be scheduled at 845-677-3419, option 2, during business hours, M-F 9am to 12pm.

Written complaints, using Form RP-524, with respect to the assessments may be filed with the Assessor any time prior to or on Grievance Day, which will be held in person at Town Hall, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 4 to 8pm and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment Review on or before Grievance Day.
