Grievance Day Notice from Board of Assessment Review Chairmen

GRIEVANCE DAY is the fourth Tuesday in May. Section 508 & 525 of Real Property Tax Law

NOTICE is hereby given that the BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW for the Town of Washington, County of Dutchess, shall hear and determine complaints in relation to assessments at:  10 Reservoir Drive, Millbrook, NY 12545 845-677-3419.

The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will be in attendance on the following: Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, between the hours of 4pm to 8pm.

The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will then file a copy of the determination with the Town Clerk to become a matter of public record.
