PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that the purpose of this meeting is to hear any and all comments regarding the Area Variance application submitted by Maxine Verne & Keith Korman are requesting that the setback requirements to permit building a 24ft X 26ft Garage with a 14.5ft X 24ft loft to assembled on the property of 251 Milewood Road, Parcel # 135889-6663-00-329515-0000.
