2026 Property Tax Information

2026 Property Tax Information for our Residents: 

We wanted to give our Residents some information regarding 2026 Property Taxes- This week (1/5/2026 – 1/9/2026) our Tax Collector’s office is in the process of receiving Tax Bills from Dutchess County. Once we have physically recieved the bills to our office, we will upload them all to the online tax portal for Residents to view and pay online, we will send out another notice once that is up and available. 

We are estimating mailing out tax bills to residents by the end of this week or early next week (1/12/2026) Once bills get sent out, payments will be accepted. 

Again, we will send out another notice once payment is available to be accepted through our office and online through the tax portal with more specific information on payment deadlines.
