– In-person registration can be done at the Town of Washington Town Clerk’s office at 10 Reservoir Drive, Millbrook, NY. In-person registrants can pay by cash, credit card, or check.
– If registering by mail, please include a check made out to “Town of Washington Clerk’s Office,” included with filled out printouts of the forms linked below.
