Notice 12-31-2025: As a reminder to residents, we will be closing at 12 PM December 31st, and will remain closed through January 1st for the New Year's holiday. We will reopen on Friday, January 2nd at 9 AM for normal business hours. Scam Alert: We have received alerts of scam emails circulating asking residents to send money through wire transfer. Please know, the T.O.W will never ask for wire transfer as a form of payment. If you receive one of these emails, please let the Town Clerk’s Office know.

Court – Day & Hour Change

The Town of Washing Justice Court will be changing the days Court is held from three Tuesday’s a month down to two. The changes are effective immediately and are as follows: 

  • Civil & Traffic Court will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:30 PM at the Town Hall. 
  • D.A Court will be held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 5:30 PM at the Town Hall.
