NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 of Real Property Tax Law:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Washington, County of Dutchess, has completed his tentative assessment roll for the current year, a copy of which is filed with the Town Clerk.
The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at:
Town of Washington, Town Hall, 10 Reservoir Drive, Millbrook, NY
and will be available on the following days:
Thursday, May 11, 2023 between the hours of 1 pm and 3 pm
Saturday, May 13, 2023 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Monday, May 15, 2023 between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Wednesday, May 17, 2023 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm
Appointments can be scheduled by calling 845-677-3949, option 2, during regular business hours, M-F 9 am to 12 pm.
Written complaints, using Form RP-524, with respect to the assessments may be filed, by hand delivery or mail/courier, with the assessor any time prior to or on Grievance Day, which will be held in person May 23, 2023 at 10 Reservoir Dr, between the hours of 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment Review on or before Grievance Day.

NOTICE is hereby given that the BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW for the Town of Washington, County of Dutchess, shall hear and determine complaints in relation to assessments at: 10 Reservoir Drive, Millbrook, NY 12545 845-677-3934
The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will be in attendance on the following: Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023, between the hours of 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm
The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will then file a copy of the determination with the Town Clerk to become a matter of public record.
BOARD CHAIRMEN
