Notice 05-09-2025: Property Taxes are due by Monday, June 2nd 2025. After June 2nd, Property Taxes are no longer accepted in the Town Clerk's office and must go to Dutchess County. For any tax questions, call the Town Clerk’s Office at (845)-677-3419 ex. 101, ex. 114. - Grievance Day is set for Tuesday, May 27th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Tentative Roll & Grievance Day Information

The Tentative Roll will be available the beginning of May at:

Current Assessment Rolls in Dutchess County. A copy is also available to the public at Town Hall in the Town Clerk and Assessor office.

The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at:  Town Hall, Assessor’s Office, at 10 Reservoir Drive, on the following days:

Saturday, May 10, 2025 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Thursday, May 15, 2025 between the hours of 1 pm and 3 pm

Monday, May 19, 2025 between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Wednesday, May 21, 2025 between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm

Appointments can be scheduled at 845-677-3419, option 2, during business hours, M-F 9am to 12pm.

Written complaints, using Form RP-524, with respect to the assessments may be filed with the assessor any time prior to or on Grievance Day, which will be held in person at Town Hall, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, between the hours of 4pm to 8pm and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment Review on or before Grievance Day.
